Speaking at Accessible Publishing Conference 2023
Very honoured to have been a speaker at the prestigious first-ever Accessible Publishing Conference from Inclusive Publishing @ Daisy. Held at the lovely Google campus in central London, I was among a stellar constellation of speakers from across publishing and technology, all bringing fresh ideas and instructive stories on how publishing is adapting to be more inclusive and compliant with present and upcoming accessibility legislation.
Events like this are a huge shot in the arm, both for publishers and for the services sector that serves them. My talk focused on the unique challenges of creating accessible files and accessibility metadata at PRH’s massive scale.
